Lisa's journey into ADHD coaching began after she completed her comprehensive training with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) in 2024. Her commitment to ongoing education is evident in her extensive list of qualifications, which include trauma-informed mindfulness practice, ASIST suicide first aid, drug and alcohol first aid, and various certifications in children's services and family therapy.
Lisa's extensive background in early childhood education, combined with her numerous leadership roles, underscores her ability to create nurturing and stimulating environments for young children. Her expertise spans critical areas such as early childhood development, where she understands the unique needs and milestones of babies to six-year-olds. Additionally, Lisa's knowledge of family dynamics allows her to effectively support and engage with families, fostering a cohesive and supportive atmosphere.

Her professional career spans over two decades, working with families to provide therapeutic support and assist them in finding long-term solutions. Her role as a Family Counsellor in the Family Intervention Service further highlights her dedication to reuniting families and providing them with the tools they need to thrive. Her expertise in case management, risk assessment, and trauma-informed practices has been instrumental in helping families navigate difficult times.
Lisa has been a key note speaker at conferences, invited to sit on professional panels, and provided education to a front line support workers, sharing what our ADHD needs are and how these needs can be best supported in our communities.
