Learn to thrive in life with a new ADHD lens
Your ADHD brain can sometimes be a challenge to manage. Its brilliance, complexity, pace, uniqueness, and ability to take in so much information/stimuli at once, is often overwhelming for the owner. This overwhelm can increase to the point in which brain paralysis or emotional outbursts may occur, not to mention the general frustrations that often present when trying to manage this magnificent brain in a society that often wants to place it neatly in a tight little box.
Lisa has had her own journey with ADHD which led her to explore support options (lack thereof) in her local community.
